I have a Jeeves 22 stick vacuum that one of my children put together wrong and I could not disassemble it for cleaning. I called Turbro to see if I could get a replacement for the damaged part. They sent me a complete dustcup to replace the damaged one very promptly. It even is easier to open to remove waste and to clean. Very happy with results.

When after 10 days I still had not received my purchase, I found out that it did get delivered but that it got stolen from the driveway. Mail carrier thought it would be OK to leave the package in front of the UNLOCKED but closed gate instead of leaving package on the porch. I told Turbro customer service that it got stolen just to let them know it did get delivered. To my surprise they OFFERED (I did not even THINK to ask!) to replace my purchase at no charge. BLOWN AWAY. (which is rather ironic considering the item was a spare battery for a cordless vacuum)

I bought one TURBRO Doublefire D16 cordless Vacuum Cleaner last year from Amazon, when I got the products, it's appearance looked nice, but when I used it and found the Vacuum cleaner was really not that powerful, even small cereal could not be cleaned, I was so disappointed with this brand, and left the cleaner outside of my garage, few weeks ago, I saw the cleaner, and found there s one year warranty, I tried to write to customer service and told them what happened and hope they could take care of my issue, one of the customer service team, Shirley, replied to me, and ask details, and shipped a new cleaner to me, now, I'm using the new cleaner, the performance is good now. Thanks Shirley and thanks the customer service team.

The product is exactly what I have been looking for. It fits perfectly with my portable AC unit. The most difficult issus I had when searching is the counter clock rotation (left - right), not usual clock rotation (right - left)
