I ordered the dock station and spare battery. Unfortunately, the original unit was received broken. After a quick email with Turbro, they resolved the issue and sent me a whole new unit. Though annoying initially, the results were great and the customer service was excellent.

My boys gave me this beautiful fireplace heater for Christmas. I love the cozy feeling without the work of actual fire logs. Customer service is great - I lost remote and requested a new one which they shipped immediately. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice electric logset! I created a "faux" fireplace from an old headboard and bedside tables and needed a electric logset to make it work! The Turbo was great. Only issue I had was the original remote that came with the logset did not work, but the manufacturer replaced it promptly with a new one that works fine! The flames are somewhat realistic, and although the heater certainly would not heat my sitting area, the heat is sufficient to take the chil off! Provides a cozy spot to curl up with a movie and nice glass of wine in the evening!

No problem at all. The item is working just as it should.

We bought our TURBRO Arcade mica heater last winter to assist in heating a basement bedroom. It produced wonderful, even heat that did not dry out my daughter's sensitive skin. Unfortunately, the unit stopped working this winter. I contacted the company via email and they helped me with some troubleshooting. When that did not work, they promptly replaced the unit with another. I could not be happier with the product or the customer service. Thank you, TURBRO! ~David W.

Thanks for taking care of my issue so quickly - everything is working fine now.

Looks nice with 3 flames settings/ brightness but not much on heat department only one fan speed on or off!! Not bad as for heat if you are right up on it but for heating a room not gonna happen!! Price wasn’t bad and for ambience it’s great but a heater it is not
