Absolutely WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

My Turbro heater purchased 01.2021 would not heat above 72 degrees when I turned it on this season. Also the remote would not function at all even with new batteries. I reached out for assistance and immediately received an email response from Grace. Grace guided me through the process of resetting the function buttons on the heater so that it would heat to a higher temp. She also sent me a replacement remote which works great. She followed up almost daily via email until we reached a satisfactory outcome. I am very happy with the Turbro brand and their service department and I will purchase from Turbro again. Tricia Smith

Purchased a heater almost a year ago and it works great! The only issue I had was the remote quit working. I contacted Grace in support about it and within a week, I received a new replacement remote. Great service, support and products. Thanks Turbro!!!

I purchased a fireplace heater the lighting flame mechanism worked but the heater didn't work from day one no response from anybody for over two months because of me not having internet access in a rural community here in Alaska is hard to find but after contacting her bro and then contacting me back a replacement was sent and works great I have to say kudos to turbro I cannot thank you enough the heating mechanism works great and especially up here in Alaska where the temperature right now is below zero this works

The 1st remote I got that came with my purchase stopped working. It wasn't even a year old. I sent Turbro a screenshot (proof) of my purchase, I was immediately notified that the replacement was on its way. The response,after I sent the proof of purchase, was swift. I received the replacement within a couple of days. I am very happy with my replacement and hope it continues working properly for a long time.

I recently purchased an electric log for my fireplace. The unit looks great and the pseudo flame is incredible. Unfortunately, the remote failed to work. I contacted the company's Customer Service and explained my problem. My wife accidently threw out the purchase and warranty info. Grace, from Customer Support quickly offered me a replacement for the remote at a very nominal cost to me. The new remote arrived and works as expected. This company puts their Customer FIRST!!

Excellent product. We had a problem with the remote but it was replaced right away. The fireplace creates a nice atmosphere - we use it a lot.
