I ordered an electric fireplace heater on Amazon and it arrived without the remote control and the screws to attach the legs. Rather than return the entire thing, I emailed Turbro to ask if they could just replace those parts. They replied immediately that they could, and I had the parts in about a week. Excellent customer service!

Couldn't Be Happier. I bought this electric heater as an avid fireplace and bon fire enthusiast. I wanted something to have that I could quickly turn on an enjoy watching the flames. I am pleasantly surprised why how good they look. The heating aspect of the heater was not the main emphasis for me, but boy does this thing throw a ton of heat. I have only used it at about 20% but it sure heats up a room and makes my kitty very happy to lay in front of. I received a damaged unit that must have taken a little bit of a beating in shipping. I reached out to Turbro and they sent me a new unit. I could not be happier with the product or the customer service. A no brainer .

I needed to replace an insert in my TV stand. The opening is an odd size(28×24), the INF28 with the 3 inch spacer worked perfect! The fireplace looks, and works great! Highly recommend this product!

I bought a fireplace insert and it is beautiful and heats up the room nicely! I had a minor defeat on the original item and contacted customer service. They were fantastic to work with and resolved the issue very quickly. I highly recommend their products!

The remote got crushed in the heater box & didn’t work- after emailing customer service they sent a replacement promptly & followed up to see if it was working properly. It’s a great heater & the Customer Service department does a great job!
