After reaching out to customer service, Grace responded immediately and provided a replacement unit and received it just days later. I purchased a heater in Home Depot. The box was supposed to contain 8 screws. They were not in the box. I contacted the company and received this response - Sorry for the late response. Could you please provide us with the order invoice for us to confirm your purchase and a photo of the serial number located on the back of the unit? Please be assured that we will solve this problem as quickly as possible. Looking forward to your reply. Regards, Terry TURBRO Team This is a very HEAVY item which I had delivered. I do not know how to take a picture of the serial number. I also do not know how to send it. I will drag this item back to Home Depot to get my money back, and I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. I need 8 screws which THEY neglected to include in the box. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

DON'T BUY TURBRO PRODUCTS I WAITED weeks for the 8 screws that are needed to attach the legs to the stove/heater. They first said I had to pay shipping for 8 screws , then reimbursed shipping charges . That does not change the fact that the door did not remain closed. That does not affect the heating element so I was not not returning it. But it indicates shoddy workmanship. When I received the screws and put the legs on the thing wobbled badly. The company offered a replacement at no charge and I did not have to return the first one. I was impressed. They asked that I change this review. I was willing to accept that but when I put the replacement together the thing wobbled badly!!! When I found the receipt from Home Depot , I also found a warranty I had purchased. So they weren't doing me any favors,but simply doing what they were required to do!!!

Love love love my electric fireplace. It warms nicely is not quiet and looks like a real fire without the smell and the mess. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. Had a problem with the remote and they sent me a replacement at no charge and were extremely prompt. Would highly recommend this product and company!
