This company really stands behind their product! We thought our unit would be out of warranty and contacted Turbro for replacement parts. It was unable to be fixed so they sent us a replacement unit. Their customer service responded promptly to our email inquiry and even followed up to ensure the new unit worked properly. I'd definitely purchase from them again.

Our beautiful fireplace insert works so well!! It creates lovely ambiance. And it warms up our entire living area. It is so cozy. We (my 3 teenagers and I) love the different settings. And I use the timer a lot so I don't forget to turn it off. I had researched a lot of products before choosing this one. When I sent my initial order in, I messed up the size and sent an email asking to change the order before they shipped it. Marcia was quick to reply via email and offered perfect and quick help. She changed my order and shipped the one I wanted. It was beautiful when it arrived and worked great at first. A.small snag with one part of it. I emailed Marcia again and she immediately helped. Customer service has been spectacular.
