I ordered my Turbro Eternal Flame Fireplace Heater from Amazon. Great product. I had a problem with the remote control as it did not work. Contacted Turbro with my issue and they were all over it! Apologized for the issue and had a replacement remote sent to me right away. Britany in customer service was fantastic to work with and followed back up with me to make sure everything was good. Enjoying the new fireplace heater!

Purchased an electric fireplace from Wayfair. Didn’t open for a couple months due to construction in the house. When I did a major component was missing. Wayfair was zero help! Contact TURBRO and they dealt with it immediately. Got the missing part in about a week at zero cost to me. Very happy with their customer service.

We had converted our daylight basement into an apartment for my mom, but being a basement it does stay a bit cooler than upstairs. I purchased the Turbro electric log with thermostat to help keep her living room area a bit cozier and it works great! The controls are very easy to understand and the unit kicks out some pretty good heat. As a bonus, the customer service is next to none. These people go above and beyond & really stand behind their product!!

We are now into our 2nd year with this heater. Initially it seemed to be a weak heater but good looking and providing a comfortable environment. But now we have learned that it just takes time to warm the room and it is an outstanding performer. Now our room feels quite cozy on these cool days and evenings and, with the sound device simulating the sound of a real fireplace, it brings back fond memories of our winters in NH (which we prefer to leave in memory at our age). NOTE: since the unit's thermostat is naturally on the unit itself it does not accurately show the real room temperature in our room that is at the edge of the advertised warming space. We have found that setting the temperature to the "ON" setting initially (until we reach a comfortable level and then reducing the heat level to the highest temperature setting (82) works perfectly.

Great Customer Service! I haven’t been able to use the heater yet because Amazon shipped one that was described as like new condition but when I unpacked the fireplace it had no legs in the box. I contacted Turbro directly, via email, and they responded promptly, requesting the exact model number and invoice from Amazon to be certain they were shipping the correct parts. The replacement legs are on their way and I am looking forward to enjoying my fireplace heater soon. I did plug it in to check that it was in working condition and I was impressed with the “flames” - they are more realistic than many others I’ve seen.
