Great product and even better customer service. When a couple of items that should have come with the heater that I bought were missing from the package, they did not hesitate to send replacement items. They also followed up several times as the package was shipped and delivered to ensure I was informed.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with our fireplace. I suspect it may have been damaged in shipping. I reached out to Turbro and within days they rectified the situation and issued a refund. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
