I’ve had my original unit for just over a year when it started leaking really bad from underneath and mold was growing at a rapid rate. Got in touch with customer service and within 24hrs, I had a new unit on the way. Both units are doing and did their job. I live in South Louisiana so it’s very humid which is why I have it continuously draining into a 6qt stock pot. I empty the pot in the morning and in the evening. My room is about 200sqft and it keeps it cool, not cold but cool. It’s not a quiet unit but it’s not loud to where it will keep you away. It sounds like a white noise. And word of advice, REGISTER YOUR UNIT! When you do that, you get a free 2 year extended warranty! I’m so thankful I did.

I recently ordered a Turbro mini split AC unit. I mistakenly ordered the wrong model, but Lyvia in customer service was able to correct the mistake without issue. I received the correct model a few days later (very fast shipping!) and am scheduled for an install soon. This is the second Turbro model for us. The first model is working like a champ, cooling our entire cabin easily.

Britany was swift in her response and helpful in her guidance. She resolved my issue and followed up to ensure that my issue had been resolved.

The Turbro smokeless fire pit is amazing! I use white birch and it starts right up with just a few dried twigs. Once it gets hot, it is absolutely smokeless. It also burns down to almost nothing. After going through about 8 logs, there was almost no ash the next morning. The color of the 304 stainless steel looks awesome after a few good hot fires! It develops a patina of blue and gold hues. The price for this fire pit is also amazing. It comes with foldable legs and breaks down for your next camping trip. It comes with a waterproof carrying case. All of this and much cheaper than the two big brands!

We had a problem with our unit once it was installed. Called and spoke to Nicole who forwarded the information to Britany the technician, who then had me send her several things to try and troubleshoot the issue. After she reviewed it she told me that unfortunately the unit was discontinued and that they could issue me a refund, which that is what we accepted. They are very quick to answer your calls and or respond to emails, to resolve whatever the issue is. Completely satisfied with this customer service experience.

Lyvia provided me with great service , I has some questions on setup and functions and she was able to answer everything . Answers were prompt and response time was less than 24hrs . I will definitely recommend and do business with them again

My experience with Turbo has been good and bad. I put one star cause I know people check the 1 stars. Buying c/s was good. Supportive for questions. But Trouble with unit c/s was NOT. They will say I didn’t have vm and they tried to reach out returning calls. They are right they do return calls. The problem lies in the overnight trouble shooting department. I had taken a picture of an electrical board with all screw there. In my messaging, even when I explained several days that I needed 2 screw replacements and had lost them, they continued to bring back that picture saying you have all the screws. I asked the name or size and got the picture of the screws circled saying you have them. This went on for several days. After I had a hvac professional ok a switch I made in wiring the disconnect and sent a picture of it saying I switched the wires, they said I was inconsistent and would produce a short circuit and my home wiring was the reason it didn’t work. So I finally found out, cause they would not say what kind of screw to get, an assortment of amplifier or terminal screws on Amazon for $10 (200 screws), and the M4 size worked! System started. Also, do not have your unit on cinder blocks when drilling holes. When I did, the 1/4” refrigerant line screw got loose and spewed it out. I also would not use 12 gauge wire. If you do, the L1 and L2 wires need to be cut 1/2” and placed under the square pressure plate and screwed down to hold it. No room to wrap them around or else do like I did and spend and hour to no avail.That has been my experience. My communication with c/s via email has been very frustrating.
