Company sold me a broken bike. The battery indicated 100% full no matter what and the bike would shut off randomly. Company expects YOU to break out the multimeter and start diagnosing the bike. So you better have some electric knowledge if you have issues. Company would go a week in between replies. They also refuse to publish my 1-star review on their website. There are ZERO 1 or even 2 star reviews. Not one. Nebula N1 if you want to go look. I believe this is a scam company looking to steal peoples money. I hope they don’t get anyone else.

Delivery time was good but after a month of having my scooter I ran into an issue with a flashing red light . They’ve had me sending videos and have been trying to fix it via emails and pictures and are doing everything possible to avoid the warranty. Think twice before purchasing this scooter especially having to deal with the back and forth when you run into an issue

Ordered 3 item from turboant NONE OF THEM WORKED AND THEY WILL FIVHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO EVEN JUST GIVE YOU A REFUND(and after a month of battling their customer support have fun carrying 35kg box to FedEx)

This place is terrible to order from I spent $550 on a scooter and I have never received it FedEx said they cannot find the package and it is lost but turbo ant keeps giving me a hassle and doesn't want to return my money do not order from this company and I mean do not they're keeping my $550 as far as I'm concerned which is complete crap I ordered this scooter hoping it would come in a couple days and I would have a ride back and forth from work I haven't received my scooter it's been almost 2 months something like that not to mention that they're giving me a huge hassle about giving my money back at this point I don't think I'm going to see my money back this company is the worst never order from them and until I get my refund I am going to be on here putting a new review up everyday I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!!!! YOU GUYS NEVER DELIVERED MY SCOOTER!!!

Very bad scooter. So disappointed, wasted money !! I only ride it around 7-8 times and then it doesn’t work!

Ordered and paid for a TorboAnt X7 Pro on 17 January to be shipped to Portugal. Today - 2 weeks later - after various emails, FB messages and Messenger communication, I called their contact number in the US. They confirmed that my scooter has not shipped yet. No reason given for the delay. This would have influenced my purchase decision had I known in advance.

My x7 scooter quit working after owning for just over 6 months. I did not have a lot of use on the scooter but it just stop accelerating and there was grinding. I emailed the company and after a week of emailing pictures and videos they said it’s the controller and the warranty expired. I ordered a new controller and there are only 2 options based on the battery connection (oval and not round). I ordered the not round and they charged $15 for shipping. After a few weeks and numerous follow ups it arrived. I installed the controller and realized it was not new and it was wired backwards. I called and they blamed me for ordering the wrong part. I explained there were 2 options and I ordered the correct plug. After another couple days of emails they admitted there were different versions. They ordered one again and it’s been over a month and they’re full of excuse why it still hasn’t arrived. I also find it very suspicious that they only use “Ashley” for every email and every time I’ve called it’s been Romario on the phone. Do not purchase anything from this company! FOLLOW UP! I am now 49 emails deep and 3 months later and still can’t get the correct part. Instead of shipping the correct controller they sent a new dashboard. This doesn’t solve the incorrect wiring on the controller. They acknowledged again it was not correct and now they want to send 2 cables to try and fix the incorrect controller. They are having me dismantle the entire scooter with make shift parts instead of sending me the correct part.

There customer service sucks and takes forever to get replacement parts. Do not recommend them as they seem to not care about their customers… especially first time customers
