When I contacted the customer support team, I was met with a swift response and consistent follow-up. Even when I had called the customer service line and wasn’t able to get ahold of somebody, I received follow-up calls and emails to ensure my issue was solved. The technical team also did an above & beyond job by diagnosing my issue once I had sent photos & videos of what was going on. I appreciated receiving exceptional help even though some parts of my scooter were out of warranty. Overall from the customer service line to the technical team, it was a 10/10 experience.
