I bought this for my son to use next Fall to commute around college. We waited a month to unbox it since he was still up at school and not using it this semester. The battery was dead and would not charge. It was our mistake not to charge ASAP we received it but regardless TurboAnt was very responsive in multiple communications. They helped me troubleshoot which did include getting the battery tested for free at an automotive supply store and shooting a video so they could see that voltage status. A new battery shipped within a week of initially reporting the issue and after the several exchanges/trouble-shooting activities. My son is now having a blast! It's sturdy, well-made and runs smooth. I was not very kind to TurboAnt initially and I appreciate their patience and ultimately in resolving the issue. I have confidence if anything happens going forward they will respond and work with me to find resolution.

About nine months after our purchase the scooter suddenly would not turn on. After testing the battery and charger we sent photos to the Turboant team of the voltage meter test results. Within a week we had a new battery and we are off and running again.

I bought 2 of the X7 scooters and they are so much fun. We're able to get around Boston faster than in a car and we don't have to pay for parking! Both have had issues with the batteries and one had a flat, but the support team has been very responsive via email and they have sent new batteries. Charge your batteries at least every 30 days and make sure to maintain the recommended tire pressure and you should be good.

We have been extremely pleased with our 2 TurboAnt X7 Pro electric scooters. We purchased them about 6 months ago and have used them a lot. The battery life is as described, the speed is great! Even being on the heavier side this scooter still performs. We purchased the package that came with a spare battery therefor we could travel further and use them in our personal airplane when we fly to different airports. Charging is also quick and easy.

Purchased two X7 Pro for my kids and dad. Great product and value. Speed and range has been as advertised. Had battery issues with battery, but customer service was fast to respond and replace.

Very fun scooter to ride and great customer service.
