Hello Y'all! I am a third time buyer of TurboAnt scooter products and had a great experience with an exchange I needed to make recently. I made a purchase of Turboant's lower tier scooters but my use is very heavy and I learned I needed to upgrade within a month of use. Jane with Turboant Customer service was great to hear and respond quickly to my email announcing I needed to return the scooter. Jane gave me several options to correct the situation, including exchanging the scooter for a better model. I chose this option. One thing to note is I threw out the original packaging, but Turboant was nice enough to allow me to return it in the packaging which my upgrade would come in. I got the product I needed (and love it) and was able to repackage the other scooter and ship it using the shipping label provided by TurboAnt. The process was very smooth. Jane was excellent in her quick succinct replies. Turboant was quick to inspect my return and immediately remitted my refund for it. Now I have the better scooter for my needs and am very very happy with the response of Turboant's Customer Support and product quality. Thank you Jane and TurboAnt! Ben Gin from Boise

First off, we ordered two scooters that my two college kids use daily. Unfortunately a defective charger. However, customer support responded immediately and shipped out a new charger. Customer service was excellent!

The customer service team responded in a timely fashion made me feel like they genuinely wanted to help. My son commented (it's his scooter) than he was glad to have the backing of a good company behind his scooter. The video for replacing the controller was well done too, it made the repair easy.

They were quick to respond, and were able to provide the technical details I needed.

Not only prompt response, but followed up several weeks later to see how things and worked out.
