Tungsten WorldReviews of tungstenworld.com

They were so helpful and friendly! I had to send my future grooms ring back because it was to wrong size and they were so helpful and awesome! No haste at all!

Fantastic ring. Exactly what I ordered. I like the shine, the weight and the peace of mind knowing it will take a lot of effort to scratch or damage the ring. I was quite annoyed that "Tungsten Forever" and "Tungsten Carbide" was engraved on the inside of my ring. Rings are very personal items and I do not wish to have advertisements engraved on them. I was quite annoyed when I saw this. Other than that, great product. Regards, Sam

My word, I live in South Africa and I could not have asked for such amazing service from tungsten. Not only did they post the ring in speedy Time it is the most exquisite item I have ever seen!!! Absolutely satisfied with everything!! My husband is going to be ecstatic when I give it to him on our wedding day!

This company is great! The ring I orderered was shipped the same day I placed my order, even with an engravement. Had to exchange it for a larger size and it was an easy process. My boyfriend loves his ring. Thank you!!!

This is order # 100053353 . we ask for Perseus an they sent us something else. Different design and different praise. we sent them back . I didn't received the money yet . We had to spend extra money to buy something else on the last minute . I will not use you web site again an I will not recommend it. We ordered wedding bands . they were for a wedding, and your stuff couldn't pay attention to sent the right order? Sorry you do not respect your customer.

I purchased this ring for my husband and he loves it. He's a technician with dish network so he does a lot of heavy duty work and the ring does not get scratched at all.. Thumbs up!! Great ring with an excellent price!!!

When my fiance and I saw this ring, we knew it was perfect. The infinity symbol cut into the band perfectly matched my ring. The price is also unbeatable. I'd definitely recommend it!

I originally wrote a poor review, but was very pleased with the company's rapid and thorough response. I was not pleased with one of my items and very disappointed. While that remains true, the company offered to refund or replace the item. They also explained the process used to make the process which I did not realize previously. Overall, they were very nice (nicer than me for sure) and I would certainly be happy to do business with them again in the future!
