They were more than helpful and knowledgeable when selecting my husband's ring. A bit disappointed that his ring is already scratched. We opted for the metal that is supposed to not easily scratch. He does work with his hands a lot, but already scratched within a week or his normal wear.

First, the wedding band I bought for my husband is STUNNING! The quality is great and EXACTLY as the website advertized. Second, the customer service is incredible! When we received the ring for the first time it was a half-size too big, so I sent it back. We were in a bit of a time-crunch and worried we wouldn't receive the replacement in time, so I emailed their customer service team and they had the replacement shipped out in practically no time (which I think would have been the case even if I hadn't emailed). They have a great return policy, they charge $20 for shipping but the shipping is FAST and well worth it!

The service was excellent and the rushed the order for me and shipped directly from their factory because I needed it right away. The ring was just like the picture, however did look different than I expected on my hand(no fault of theirs, that is what you get when you buy stuff without trying on). Still happy with it though and have already recommended them to my friends

Tuesday Sept. 2nd 2014 After an unsuccessful local search for his & hers matching wedding bands that would match the engagement ring, we turned to looking online. We found the Corvus ring at Tungestenworld.com to be the answer to our discouraging search. After sifting through many rings on other websites that turned out to be sketchy with no way to verify if the business was legit with good online business credentials we became extremely wary and suspicious of any online purchase. Fortunately we discovered that Tungstenworld had a real phone #, and a real street address with real reputable sales representatives working there. We were still very apprehensive to make such a critical purchase online from a company across the country but we were running out of time and needed to purchase our wedding bands, so we proceeded with buying from Tungstenworld. Our fears and apprehensions were eased after placing the order when I arrived home later that day. I had a message on my answering machine from Tungstenworld. They had called to verify the order details before processing and placing the order with their vendor. I returned the call and spoke with a real person that spoke good clear English. At this point I was pleased and was becoming more comfortable with our decision. The communication was excellent throughout the entire order process all the way through to the shipping. It took about 3 weeks from the time that we placed our order to receiving the rings. The entire process was smooth and we were very pleased with the attention that was given our to our order. After the wedding we discovered some fit & finish issues with one of the rings. We decided that after we returned home from the honeymoon that we would contact Tungstenworld to see what our options were. We feared that the our online purchase I had just gone south and we would be stuck with a poor quality ring. I am pleased to say that Tungstenworld was very prompt and professional in making us satisfied customers. I did have to ship the ring back and wait for some answers. They decided that the ring could not be repaired and they ordered a new ring from the manufacturer. Their communication was prompt all the way thru the replacement process, it was obvious that they wanted us to be happy with our purchase. They did an excellent job of turning a potentially bad experience into a pleasant one. Their customer service is top notch and very professional. Their attention to our purchase satisfaction was great. They were very considerate and professional. The service and attention that we received was just as good as what we would expect from a local trusted jeweler. Their website is easy to navigate, and the ring that I bought was exactly as I expected, beautiful! It arrived very quickly, even though I had it engraved (3 days from order). Would definitely recommend Tungsten World to a friend.

Tungsten World was incredibly responsive to all my questions. We were looking for something special at a great price and Tungsten World delivered! Take the time to order the free ring sizer and then you won't be disappointed! My boyfriend normally wears a size 10 but we bought a size 9.5 and it fits perfectly.

So I'm marrying my best friend who is a Marine at the begining of next year. So I wanted to make sure that I had everything in advanced far enough that if there were any problems I could send it back and still have it on time. But I haven't had ONE problem with Tungsten! The ring was hear the same week that I ordered it and it's exactly what I wanted! Also at first I didn't know if I wanted it engraved so I didn't get that done but after I saw the ring I knew I wanted it engraved! And there was an engravment order paper shipped with the ring just in case so that was really helpful! And a couple times I had questions so I emailed Tungsten world and they replied to me quickly and personally and that was amazing! And again when I sent my ring in to have it engraved I got it back at the end of thatweek and it is BEAUTIFUL. I can't wait to for my fiance to see it! Its perfect and the service from Tungsten world was absoluabsolutely amazing! Thank you so much Tungsten world! I couldn't be happier!!
