Love my backpack

I purchased an crossbody bag for my mother. the manager at the Destin, Fl outlet store went beyond customer service to assist me with my purchases. Thank you so much.

Tumi Global Wallet with removable pass wallet. I’ve had this wallet for seven years. Used it everyday and apart from it showing the appearance of a wallet in daily use there is absolutely no degradation in anyway. The seams are still solid. No stitching coming apart. I own seven Tumi pieces and I just wanted to do a review if this one as it’s the one that gets regular use. I’d like to buy a new one as there are some great new designs but how can I when this ones still tip-top. I only buy Tumi now for any luggage, bag or men’s accessory. Expensive but these guys really know why they are doing.

I have used Tumi products in the past - durable but abandoned because far too heavy. The last purchase was a leather business backpack with which I was initially pleased but the straps although leather attached by some fabric started to tear away. I sent this back to Tumi only for them to be quite dismissive suggesting I make a claim from my insurance or airline as the bag was not repairable. It is a backpack and not something that was ever checked in. The bag is defective as is the company in terms of design and personnel. Avoid and find an alternative manufacturer.

One of my friends gave me TUMI wallet a few years ago. Recently I started using it and found 2 black security chip sticker inside and took them out. Because a credit card did not go in smoothly. Then I found the lining was sealed with them. It was supposed to be sewn. So the lining was started losing and one pocket has defected. My problem is that it is a gift from my fiend a few years ago. There is no barcode or product ID or name by which I can request a repair. So I gave up the service.

This company's service is amazing and an example to all. I had a 15 years old trolley, the handle got stuck. I emailed Tumi, they responded within 1 hour, and offered to pick it up from my home - for free. Next day, UPS picked it up I got it back via UPS - for free- within: just 3 working days!! They had repaired not only the handle, but about everything else too (handgrip, wheels, several protective parts). No questions asked, no invoice asked, no costs charged. TUMI's products are a joy to use, but to top it off which such service makes them stellar and WORTH EVERY $$$ that you pay.

I am a lifelong Tumi customer. The quality of their luggage is incredible. Also, in the rare instance a repair needs to be made, I have never had them give me trouble. Do yourself a favor and invest in a piece of luggage that will last you a lifetime. Too many people buy cheap luggage every year or two. Get a Tumi and buy a bag that will last a lifetime. My Continental carry on has over a quarter million air miles on it and still functions beautifully. The only "repair" that it has needed is to replace the zipper handle thingy and they did that in store in a matter of minutes, with no questions asked.
