I love the Tumi suitcase that my husband bought me for Christmas ten years ago. Funny though, it was bright blue when it was new and later turned to aqua blue. We recently pulled it out to lend to a family member and it is now Kelly Green. Has anyone had this issue?

Expensive for sure, but the quality and design are worth every cent. Very good choice!

NOTE - I have changed this review as Tumi did indeed correct my issue and were polite and helpful in their resolution of it. ————— Oh how the once great have fallen. Don’t even bother with Tumi anymore. Gone is any essence of customer care. Sent my case in to be repaired, they no longer stock that case and instead of supplying me with a new product (as stated in their warranty policy) they are making me buy one and only offering me a small discount based on the worth of the old case. This is not what their warranty states, they should be providing me with a like for like replacement or a new case, not gift vouchers that can only be used in a German store or from Tumi’s official website (where everything is 4x the price of their outlets). Tried calling all of their corporate offices with no luck, people just don’t answer the phone even though the number is listed on their site. No one answering their UK line either, says their office is closed before 10 am, it’s 11:53. Goodbye Tumi, was fun, fun no longer
