5/5 Stars - Liza at TUMI Riverside Is a Total Lifesaver! I recently came back from my semi-annual vacation to Tunisia and was absolutely devastated to find my favorite TUMI travel luggage damaged. I love the TUMI brand for its durability, so I immediately went to the TUMI Store at The Shops at Riverside in Hackensack, NJ, fully expecting that they would have to mail my suitcase out to their central repair facility for weeks. Instead, I was greeted by an incredible young sales lady named Liza. She took one look at it and confidently told me she could handle the repair right there on-site. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical at first, but Liza completely proved me wrong. She went to work and fixed it perfectly right then and there! Liza is the absolute definition of what a perfect TUMI employee should be—knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful. She saved me a massive headache and an expensive, lengthy shipping process. TUMI, you did a fantastic job hiring her, and she absolutely deserves a promotion. She is a true keeper! Hooray for TUMI and thank you, Liza!

I have 5 pieces from Tumi that I purchased in New York at 125 Fith Avenue at 19 Street, where the customer service is great, especially on Sunday! I travel for business and pleasure constantly and really love my light durable cases that also look amazing.The small backpack fits snugly on my luggage, and holds so much. Great design and so smooth and easy to maneuver. It almost needs breaks! If the airline mistreats my cases, Tumi can fix several problems in-house for me. I love my initials on the pieces too. Customer service is interesting, best to remember It’s a two way street, and also people tend only to give reviews when they are not happy. Looking forward to my next piece thank you 🙏 Kate

Abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza di customer service al negozio di Firenze centro … abbiamo dovuto cambiare la maniglia che si era rotta del nostro trolley - dopo 10 anni di onoratissimo servizio. I ragazzi del negozio sono stati gentilissimi e nel giro di una settimana ci hanno restituito la valigia più bella di prima …servizio impeccabile e anche completamente gratuito … grazie davvero, torneremo al più presto!

Each outlet is different, of course, as they operate with a different set of staff. However, the TUMI in Galería Canelejas in Madrid is simply excellent! They were friendly and really knew their products (I had done my research before buying), and I spoke both English and Spanish when I was there, as well as hearing Portuguese and French. Beautiful products, of course.

Great service of TUMI. I had some smaller repairs. Brought my TUMI Alpha II luggage to the Frankfurt store. They sent it to the HQ. Already after four days I got my luggage back. Thank you for this great service.

bought a mclaren tumi backpack 4.5 years ago for $800, and i was pretty rough with it. It held up well, but eventually got some small tears on the underside webbing. nothing that compromised the bag, but i wanted to see if it could be fixed. they said they couldn't repair it but offered a gift voucher of $1195!! (which is the current cost of the same backpack). I bought it new on sale and ended up with money left over. I was quite shocked, they basically offered me new for old.

I am a satisified customer from early 2000 and I went to Milan shop for a repair to my trolley. The staff was very kind and service perfect and on time. Congrats

Customer service is unbelievable good. A suitcase is a suitcase. I live out of mine for 350 days a year so why not buy a nice one. After 8 years of this intensive juse it’s still going strong without any problems. Sadly during a plane ride got my suitcase with the handle snapped😔 thinking it was the end and already Looking for a new one I contacted custumer service with The prompt response: can you bring it to your closest dealer or ship it to us we will get you sorted. As I couldn’t mis it I asked if they could send me the part so I can fix it myself. 2 days later part arrived free of charge no questions asked for an 8 year old suitcase!
