Absolutely shady and poor customer service. They shipped an empty box. Complained to PayPal. They eventually sent a replacement, but not before sending me a threatening text message to my phone. Incredibly unprofessional. The watch is a Chinese movement. Nothing too impressive. You’d be better off buying a mid-grade watch at Macy’s. I own a Cartier and Patek. These are not hand made, high-end movements. Anyone who thinks you can get a $1700 watch for 70% off—well, you get what you pay for. Thank God it was just a gift for a high school kid.

Thank you for your purchase, but for the first time in 22 years online, we will give such a reply. The 1st package you claimed to have arrived empty inside. Without any hesitation and giving you all the benefit of the doubt we send a 2nd package days later even though FedEx investigation stated no theft or any interruption on the delivery. To this day we have not received a refund for it. It is ok, but don't turn facts around. You opened a PayPal dispute even though we had told you that the 2nd shipment had already left the warehouse your way. The 2nd package, you claimed this time it was never delivered. Although UPS stated delivered. We used UPS for the 2nd package just for the sake to be extra safe. Our staff emailed you, left a voice message, and even let you know about the 2nd package being delivered on the PayPal board. You ignored our team and continued claiming it was never received. Until you felt you could not play around anymore and out of the blue (when police were involved) just suddenly the package was delivered and you told PayPal in fact the 2nd package had been delivered, a miracle. That is why you left negative feedback with an anonymous name. We are a very hardworking and honest family business of 8 generations. We do not work endlessly (and we all know how hard it is to maintain a family business) to be treated like this. No sir; you cannot, and this with all due respect. Regarding the watch, since you do own a "Patek", you would have never tried to get ours for free. And now, you want to "damage" our reputation. It is your right to do whatever, but we have PayPal, FedEx, UPS, and the police that believe us. You are more than welcome to return it for a full refund. No questions asked. We do not hold a grudge, and we are saddened to give such a reply, that have never ever done before, but enough is enough. Nonetheless, wishing you a healthy and blessed year ahead.
