Tufina watches are unique and elegant! I have several different models to match different outfits and they all look great. I had a brief issue with one return but the company’s owner Marsida personally intervened and went above and beyond to make it right!! Great family owned company, thank you again Marsida!!!

I ordered a Pionier Havana at Christmas from Tufina. Sadly, the order was delayed and I got a notification from UPS that the watch was damaged and therefore discarded. I emailed Tufina and they promptly responded apologising and fast tracked a replacement watch which speedily arrived a couple days later. I am over the moon with the watch, I got the black verson with the gold hands and numerals, it is a head turner. I had a few questions regarding the watch which Peter from Tufina answered very promptly. All round excellent service from Tufina and I am very pleased at the watch I have got for my money.

Watch was faulty right from the first day I received it. I bought an automatic watch for my 50th birthday and realized that it was not keeping to time but running faster than normal time. I called their office and complained but received minimal help or no help at all, they said I should send it to their office in Germany and that I will pay for all postal charges and that if the watch gets lost in transit they will not be held liable. I believe I asked for an exchange or a new one but they again refused. Please avoid them at all costs, if they can not provide solution when there are problems then they are not worth it. Its painful for me after paying nearly $300 for an automatic watch that does not keep time. They have not even called me back to know if the problem has been resolved
