Purchased the Kingston. Beautiful timepiece... Would purchase again. Always had my eyes on the GENEVA TOURBILLON.

I had 2 watches from Tufina and they are both nice but my issue is with the support. My latest purchase was the Geneva Automatic Toubillion Pionier, not a cheap purchase at US$2,375. My first watch arrived OK, but this watch arrived with the interior face displaced and caught up in the hands. It was not packaged well, and had clearly had a tough time getting to me. Not really their fault, but the watch within the box was not protected, or even under the elastic strap, and there was no bubble wrap except in the actual bag. The RMA replacement service is shocking; I logged and returned my damaged watch within 48 hours of delivery to me, with photos and at my own cost. The RMA says that Tufina will repay US$50 of postage, but this never arrived. The actual process is painful, with the watch having to be sent via tracked service to a US address, and inspected. You then have to wait for an assessment before a replacement watch is sent. My replacement arrived on 29th July 2024, and the original order was on 14th June 2024. The replacement was very well packaged, bubble wrap on the watch, within the case, a bubble wrapped box, and protective bag. The Geneva Toubillion is a very nice watch, appears to be very well made, good weight, but Tufina need to work on their customer service for a) more efficient returns, and b) to pay for returns as I am out of pocket for having to send back a damaged watch. As a collector of watches, I simply won't bother again. **Update** Tufina contacted me and refunded US$50 for my return postage.

Beautiful craftsmanship all around. I absolutely love my watch. The attention to detail is amazing. It gets compliments every time I wear it. I definitely plan on getting more

One of the utmost great watch I've ever purchase. Right now I have 2 collection and targeting my next. I love it and if you are mechanical watches lover like me, you should Tufina watches out. I actually purchased 6 watches in less than 6months and gift some.to my cousins.

I bought an expensive Tufina Pioneer watch few months ago. I had problems with the wrist band size. It was too small I requested for a bigger one and they wanted me to buy a new one . After being tossed around like a dead rat, they finally posted me one at my cost! It took a month to Australia. A postage from Mars would be faster. Six weeks ago I wrote to them politely asking what I should do with a stuck dial. No one bothered. They are NOT interested in you again once they get your sale. Very poor/non-existent sales office and worse communication skills. moral of the story, buyer be ware!! Amos.

I am absolutely thrilled with my collection of three Tufina watches. One of them did encounter a minor issue, but the Tufina team promptly addressed and resolved it. On the whole, I am extremely satisfied with both the products and services provided by Tufina. I am eagerly looking forward to adding the Geneva Tourbillon to my collection as my next timepiece.
