Yucca health is on point...happy.
The company, the doctor and all staff were very pleasant to deal with. And I had no issues, the whole time .loved the product worked very well. The only downside was that it was a little bit costly for me but worth it in the long run and I would recommend Going through Yucca, health..

The beginning of this weight loss…
The beginning of this weight loss journey since staring with Yucca has been amazing. The communication with the drs. on the app is amazing. Losing weight struggling with PCOS & diets failing has been hard, but with yucca it has been pound after pound after pound just started 3 months ago and I’m almost close to a weight I have not seen in so long!

Web page is difficult to navigate, need more humans assisting people.
Started with Yucca 11-1-2025. Things have gone fairly smooth until you need to contact someone. FINALLY got a callback from Vinalyn and she was terrific. LISTENED and then corrected the issue I was having but it took way to long for me to get ahold of someone to talk with. Their AI chat is for the birds. Once I had a chance to talk to her and explain things everything went smoothly. THANK YOU VINALYN!!

I ordered for 6months of trizepitide
I ordered for 6months of trizepitide, yet only received 3 months worth. Went I went online to find out what was happening, it said I needed to renew my prescription, which I thought was odd. I could find no information about the next 3 months. Then when I tried to call I was put on hold for over an hour. Never got a hold of anyone. When I tried using your online service, no one could answer the question. So I clicked on the button that said I needed to reorder. You charged me for more medication. Then 2 months later, I receive the other 3 months worth. Your app is horrible and doesn't give enough information. A user shouldn't be asked to renew when they already are waiting on medication. Also, with this type of service, someone should be available. I will never use you again. I got ripped off and paid more than I wanted to. Its extremely difficult to cancel a prescription in the app.
