Not impressed
I gave 2 stars because I did receive the package pretty fast considering it was near Thanksgiving but, I haven't noticed any changes and I'm 4 weeks in. I've reached out to support a few times but haven't heard back. Their AI system tells me that it can take 4-8 weeks before I notice anything which seems odd. Not sure I made the right choice. Not feeling real confident.

I have only taken one shot
I have only taken one shot. But if we are talking about customer service I am very happy with it they would get a 5. The easy of getting the medication and approved I would give it a 5. At this point I am very happy with my experience with Yucca health.

I’m Happy So Far……
I am only on my second week of using semaglutide. So far I can say I have had a good experience. I purchased the 6mos treatment. I received my first 3mos on time and I feel I had plenty of support with any questions I had. I have lost 2lbs already since starting. I did a lot of research before purchasing and the reason I chose Yucca Is because of the convenience and no hidden fees (membership etc) Also I chose the 6mo payment plan which helped with the cost upfront. I am only giving 4 stars because of the reasons above. I will leave another review at the end of 6mos because I’ll have a better idea of overall regarding results and communication.

Great customer service called after…
Great customer service called after receiving my medication to walk me through the process of getting started and go over the patient portal. Gave direction how to communicate with the doctor and support. Received medication quickly.

Signing up was easy
Signing up was easy, shipping is efficient, and the product is working. My only complaint is the cost, phew! Expensive! But GLP-1s aren't cheap. I just wish this was more competitively priced with other providers.
