Customer service 10/10!
So far everything has been great! Johann and Honey have been amazing to work with. I had some trouble with my account at first but both of them have been so accommodating and really helped me get it right. Customer service 10393872/10!

Great team & efficient

The sign up is easy and customer service is superb.
The sign up is easy, the people and Dr really care about your progress and health. My welcome phone call was so encouraging and helpful. Johann is such a caring person. I really enjoyed talking with him. Can't wait to start my weight loss journey!!!

Impressed so far
Lucky was great through the onboarding experience. I had issues with the portal initially, but she helped me through it. I appreciated the quick responses and shipping.

Amazing customer service
My representative was a very easy to understand. Very kind very honest and very helpful. I absolutely loved the customer service and her explanation of my concerns gave me a much better understanding on how this is all going to work for me especially because it’s my first time on this journey with you guys, her confidence and support helped me feel so much more better and I’m absolutely excited to start the process of weight loss. Extremely impressed!
I was very impressed by the services that I received from yucca. My rep was lucky and she walked me through the entire process. It made me feel extremely welcomed. She answered all of my questions and showed me the areas to chat with individuals if I have questions. I highly recommend Yucca. It is easy to sign up and you get your package within the week.
