Very efficient & transparent process
This was really easy & I love that everyone streamlined the process! They actually read my notes and were very responsive. Hazel made the onboarding process very clear & she was super kind. This is my 2nd company and by far I’ve found Yucca Health to be way more efficient & helpful. I love how I can look in my portal to see everything.

The portal was user friendly compared…
The portal was user friendly compared to other sites I tried. The onboarding was informative and Johann was friendly and answered all my questions.

Fast and easy! + affirm pay!!
The sign up process was super easy plus they allow affirm pay so it is even MORE affordable. I enjoyed my welcome phone call with Hazel. She was quick but efficient and really hit the highlights of the app.

The approval process is easy and quick
The approval process is easy and quick. I received a friendly call from Hazel this afternoon and she thoroughly covered the portal and what to do if I have questions. My order is set to arrive tomorrow, which is less than a week from when I placed the order. I am looking forward to my journey with Yucca Health!

Great!
Overall has been a great experience so far. The sign up process was fast and easy. I feel confident that I made the right choice when I chose yucca health. Johann with the onboarding team was very helpful and supportive! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Extremely unprofessional service
Extremely unprofessional service. The doctor never responds to messages, and there is absolutely no timely support. My experience is completely opposite of what the positive reviews describe. It seriously makes me question the authenticity of those reviews. My account name: Phuoc Pham
