They have been really flexible and responsive to requests. I highly recommend them. They also have really good customer service. I had an issue with payment and they made sure to follow up , fix the issue and it was smooth sailing.

I was charged for two shipments that I canceled but then received. The problem is I was going off these shots during to some health issues. Now I have two expired expensive month of product I paid for but can’t use.

I had a very nice phone call all of my questions were answered & Some of my uncertainty about protein intake was discussed, and I was advised where on the portal I need to reach out to the Dr for more info if I would like it. Very kind. Very helpful.
