Support team is amazing .
Since October I have been with Yucca. I didn’t know anything about this company and I was very scared to start my weight loss journey with a glp1. This support team has been nothing but patient and kind with all my concerns . Every single support team member I had an interaction with was genuine and helpful. They really made me feel Like I mattered and my health and success mattered . I really don’t have the words to describe how happy I am with Yucca . Just thank you . You’ve made a huge difference and given me a chance to live my best life.

This has been a great experience… the easy to use app is the icing on the cake (no pun intended) along with the weightloss… fortunate enough to say i started 4 weeks ago with no side effects

Best customer service
I have to say that at first trying to order was a hassle. But the customer service I received to correct the problem was above average! They went above and beyond to help me. They even checked in the next day just reassure everything was handled. Glitches happen and so do mistakes. But they way it was handled was impressive. Thank you!
