I didn't finish the process online after the pricing page. 15 mins later Harold reached out via text, my preferred method of communication anyway, and we communicated that way over the course of a few hours. I was working so I could not answer every text right away. Most times there is a "grace period" in which the conversation ends, but this one didn't‐perfect! Although there wasn't much he could do with the pricing, he broke it down for better for my comprehension. Once I decided, he sent a link that was super easy to finish. I didn't do anything past that because he did all the follow up! Very, very smooth process! Yes, the pricing is a little steep but with the service I received, it is all worth it!
