I am week at week 3 of the weight loss meditation. I haven’t really noticed any changes yet but they assured me to not get discouraged because closer to the 4th week I should start to notice small changes. The customer support could be a little faster at responding to questions. When I did talk to someone on the phone he was very pleasant and helpful.

Completed order over the phone, then found that the meds were shipped to the wrong location. They stopped answering to my messages. It seemed they were waiting to get the product back then ship it to the correct address which concerned me because we are in the middle of summer. Anyway I had to file a dispute to make sure I wasn’t charged the cost for 6 months of meds, $1900!

Was on Trizepatite from another online provider for six months, was happy with product and service. Insurance finally kicked in for Zepbound for eight months then stopped. I’ve only been working with Yucca for a month, but the service is pretty good. Decent delivery and outstanding email response. The only reason I give this a 4 star instead of a 5 star, is simply because I haven’t had much of any result so far. I’ve been on Trizp. Before through my doctor and had unbelievable results. However it was so expensive I couldn’t keep it going. So I searched for a different avenue. I have done some research and it seems to be pretty common to struggle when getting BACK on Trizp. to loose weight again. But most say if you keep going your body will eventually start dropping weight again. 🤞🏻 My only other thinking is maybe this prescription isn’t as effective as what I was getting from the doctor, but My niece (who has never been on it before) started at the same time as me with Yucca Health and she IS loosing. Very very possible I’m not losing because of what I mentioned above. Anyways this company is not a scam and is extremely well ran.
