I signed up for Yucca Health and had some questions the following day. I tried to log on to my account but it wouldn't work. I felt panicked that this might not be a real company. I sent an inquiry and Michelle called me in the evening to answer any and all questions I had about this service. Going back and forth we realized that I had set up my email address incorrectly! We had a good laugh and she stayed online to make sure I could log in. She was attentive and personal and was willing to troubleshoot for as long as it took. I'll get my medication soon and hope my good experience continues!

I had an accidental order. Kind of sketch that the order button when pressed orders your next prescription without asking for confirmation first. Anyway I was upset and trying to cancel which I wasn’t able to. When contacting Support, Loraine was doing all she could to get it cancelled so I was very appreciative of that. I also had Aaron helping me as well. Being that I couldn’t cancel my order he walked me through how to use the new order to dose the proper dosage of what I wanted being that I didn’t want to titrate up just yet. Support was very helpful with all my questions. So BEWARE of the order button. If you press it, it will place your order!

The communication with the health provider was fast and easy to understand. The best part of the company is there support team, they are fast and reliable solving any issues or concerns. The process was quick, simple, and efficient. I submitted payment, my prescription was promptly filled, and there were no unnecessary complications. Update: I received my medication on time. So far, I’ve been doing fine. The medicine is strong, so I’ll wait and see what results come.

The process with Yucca is pretty easy and they have several different plans you can pick from. I like that they do not charge a membership fee! With any concerns regarding my medication, account, billing, or anything in general, they respond within a decent timeframe via email or chat and communicate until my issue or question has been resolved. The only issue I have really had is getting ahold of someone via phone.

Update: I have been on my treatment for over two weeks now and feeling very satisfied with the results. Happy to report that I am losing the same amount of weight weekly that I was when I took the name brand tirzepatide. Bumping my review up to 5 stars! ———— So far my experience with Yucca has been wonderful. I love that they offer flexible payment options with Klarna, and their customer service has been excellent—quick, helpful, and responsive. The price is about half of what I paid with my previous service, and my tirzepatide even arrived a few days earlier than expected. I’m giving 4 stars for now only because I haven’t started treatment yet, but I’ll update after a few weeks to share the full picture of my experience.
