Extradentary customer service experience
Had a delayed delivery, started thinking I had fallen for a scam. Posted prior review as such,, HOWEVER,, when customer service and I finally connected. (Blame me on this one) This was found to be wholly on the carrier they used. Stating it had been delivered but had in fact not been, they immediately updated for delivery to my office and expedited a new order out. They kept me informed each step and continued to reach out until my order arrived. So, after a rocky start, they have exceeded my expectations and highly recommend them now. I can state that I experienced phenomenal customer service.

Try YUCCA!
I was very skeptical about using Yucca. This has turned out to be a reputable company with caring people and reliable products. I am entering my second month and very happy with the results and customer service.

I did not get the dosage I needed I’m…
I did not get the dosage I needed I’m not sure what went wrong. I thought I had emailed or given proof of my current prescription (0.5mg) but I was shipped a smaller dose than I am currently taking (0.25 mg) and now I have 3 months of it.

The process was very easy
The process was very easy. I never spoke to a doctor. It was all done over the internet via a questionnaire which was kinda sketchy. I got my order quickly & I’m anxious to see if it actually is a quality product.

Yes to Yucca!
I’ve been on a Tirzepatide since July 2025 and while I first thought Yucca was a scam (not the more popular GLP1 sites advertised), it has been the best choice! Communications is great and so is there customer service. When my package was lost they immediately shipped out another order! I am grateful for Yucca!
