The Wrong Doses
I just don't understand why I was sent a lower dose than I have been on. I first received three months worth of medication. When I ordered a 4th and then 5th month the dosage decreased and I don't know why. I wanted an increase. I feel like I just wasted a lot of money on the last two months of medication. Im not going to lose anything now for the next two months.

Great 1st Call!!
I had a great first call with Ms. Hazel. She walked me through the portal, showed me the instructions on how to apply my 1st shot, and went over the administration of the program. She was so informative, nice, and respectful. I loved her knowledge of the portal. So far, I’m happy with my choice to use Yucca. Thank you Hazel for your help.

The questionnaire and getting meds was super easy and quick! Wish there was an app and the web based page was more seamless to login- but overall good experience!

Transparent, fast, great customer service!
I just took my second dose of tirzepetide. I've wanted to go on tirzepetide for months but the cost was too high, even with insurance. I was evaluated and approved within 24 hours and I received my order about 4 days later. I accidentally ordered an additional medication, the NAD injection (it's a supplement) and canceling it was super easy and quick. I was refunded within 24 hours. The patient portal is useful. They give you the cost per month but note that after the first month, the price does increase for the higher doses. Which is clearly stated. The customer service is great, I got a welcome call to walk me through the process, and the rep I spoke to, Honey, was very nice. It isn't the cheapest source of tirzepetide but it's worth the money and I trust that I'm getting the right medication.
