Subscription is a joke and it wont allow you to cancel Takes you through lots of videos and nonsense to cancel then only gives you the option to skip or pause Subscription Customer service no better Poor show

I didn't receive my first delivery and although customer services did engage with me and were polite, they seem to think the onus is on me to deal with royal mail when it should be them dealing with it. Royal mail confirmed any investigation or claim would need to be from the merchant, not me as the buyer. customer services also don't seem to understand the difference between marked as delivered and proof of delivery. After 5-6 emails they declined to investigate with royal mail or to provide a refund or replacement, then just cancelled my subscription and stopped responding. I did receive a second and third installment of the subscription while this was ongoing and I love the product to be fair, my skin felt smoother, it's lovely to apply as it's smooth and absorbs quickly, they're just an awful company to deal with if you have what is surely a very common problem for an online delivery service that most companies have no issue with. Very disappointed.

I would have given 0 Star if I could. SCAM product. Beware of the hidden subscription as I ended up with more product that doesn’t work. I have still continued to use it just to use up the product and (still hoping in vain) that I would see some difference in my skin pigmentation. Unfortunately it’s been few months now and no improvement whatsoever.

First of all, the packaging I received is different from the one shown online. I ordered directly from the website, so I was sure the product was genuine. I haven’t noticed any difference or results whatsoever, despite the claims that you should see results from the second or third day. It’s just a moisturising cream. I already suspected this product was fake, but the way the advertisements are presented is genuinely misleading. I will continue leaving reviews everywhere I can to warn other people about this product and let them know that the claims being made about it are misleading. I don’t want anyone else to waste their money on something that doesn’t live up to its promises.

Been using consistently as instructed for two months, no change. Ships from china which I wasn’t aware of to begin with - bad for the environment. Packaging is also bad, sadly I think it’s a scam.

I would give zero stars if I could. I purchased Strawberry for my strawberry legs and selected the subscription option because it offered a discount. After the product gave me a rash, I decided I didn't want to continue the subscription. I tried to cancel on the website and could not - instructed instead to contact customer service. Their website advertises the subscription as “cancel anytime – zero commitment.” Apparently, that doesn't actually mean cancel anytime. Customer service told me that I have to complete an “initial subscription term” before I can cancel. This is mentioned nowhere in their policies. If I want to cancel sooner, they want me to pay the other 52% of my original purchase price to “adjust” the order to the regular retail price. I asked them to show me where I agreed to a minimum subscription term or agreed to repay the 52% discount if I canceled. Instead of providing that, they continued explaining how their internal system works. I'm sorry, but your software isn't a contract. If there is a minimum commitment and a 52% early-cancellation obligation, that is something customers should know BEFORE they purchase, especially when you're advertising “cancel anytime – zero commitment.” I have screenshots of the website, my order information, and the entire email exchange. I genuinely don't understand how a company can advertise “cancel anytime” and then tell a customer, after the purchase, that cancellation is only available after additional billing cycles or after paying another 52%. If you are considering ordering from Strawberry, read the subscription terms very carefully and save screenshots of everything before purchasing. My issue isn't that I accidentally selected a subscription. My issue is that when I tried to cancel it, the company introduced a financial obligation that I was not expecting and that I have yet to see clearly disclosed in the terms presented to me. “Cancel anytime” should mean cancel anytime.

Ladies be aware of this business. My partner ordered from this company and she has now been sent products that she didnt order. Likely a hidden subscription. The bank has been requested to stop the unauthorised transaction and presently forwarding the information to the accc
