We strongly disagree with the claims made in this review. Customers are not enrolled into subscriptions without consent. Subscription options and recurring billing terms are clearly displayed during checkout and must be actively selected before an order is placed. We also do not make cancellations “impossible.” Our support team actively responds to customer inquiries and assists with subscription management daily. Not liking a product personally does not make a legitimate business a “scam” or mean it “should be shut down.” Many customers have had positive experiences with our products, which is why we continue to stand confidently behind both our formulas and our business practices.

We’re sorry the product did not work for you personally, but not every skincare product works the same for every individual, especially with conditions like KP that can vary significantly from person to person. You also mention you were “not on a subscribe and save plan,” however recurring orders are not generated randomly. Subscription selections are made during checkout and tied to the discounted offer selected at the time of purchase. Respectfully, a product not working for you personally does not make the product ineffective overall. Many customers have experienced positive results with our formula, which is why we continue to stand confidently behind it.
