We strongly disagree with the claims made in this review. Our company does not “swipe cards” or process unauthorized charges. All subscription orders are agreed to by the customer during checkout, and customers receive confirmation emails, recurring billing disclosures, and access to manage or cancel their subscription at any time. We also reviewed the situation carefully and could not verify the claims being made here regarding repeated ignored cancellation requests. If a cancellation request is properly submitted and confirmed, future subscription orders are stopped accordingly. It is also important to note that posting accusations against a legitimate business simply because a product did not personally work for you is misleading. Skincare results vary from person to person, and while not every product works identically for every individual, many customers have seen positive results with our formula. We stand fully behind our business practices, our customer support process, and the quality of our products.

Our subscription option, discount structure, and recurring billing terms are disclosed during checkout before an order is completed. Customers who choose the discounted subscription offer receive reduced introductory pricing in exchange for enrolling in the subscription program. This is a standard practice used by many subscription based brands. As outlined in our policy, customers who wish to cancel immediately after receiving the discounted first order may be responsible for the difference between the promotional subscription price and the standard one time purchase price. This exists to prevent misuse of introductory discounts intended for genuine subscription customers. We also reject the repeated accusation that our company is a “scam.” We are a legitimate business with real customers, fulfilled orders, active customer support, and many positive customer experiences. Regarding packaging, orders are shipped securely to protect products during transit, and product sizing is clearly displayed on the product page prior to purchase. While we respect all customer feedback, we also believe reviews should accurately reflect the terms agreed to during checkout rather than mischaracterize legitimate subscription policies as fraudulent.

We’re sorry the product did not meet your expectations, however your review overlooks the fact that the discounted price you received was specifically tied to the subscription offer selected during checkout. We also do not continue charging customers after a cancellation has been properly completed and confirmed. Not every skincare product works the same for every person, but describing legitimate subscription terms as dishonest simply because the product did not personally work for you is misleading.
