I am giving this a one star as the company still has not shipped the product after 20 days. They will not return emails or phone calls. Do not buy directly from SNOW they will rip you off for your money

Suspicious number of sparkling reviews that are vague and act is if they’re going into a retail location “oh great location” seems like review stuffing. Also Suspicious that all these great reviews are one review / no photo

I think all these reviews are rubbish didn't work waist of money

Also confused, all the comments are about staff when this is a home kit

Why is everyone commenting on the friendly staff? Isn’t the SNOW system a teeth-whitening system to use at home? Confused...

This crap doesn’t work at all. After 3 weeks of using every night I started at a 3 according to the white coloring chart they provide and I am still at a 3. They only give you one tube of the “good whitener” and the rest is I don’t know even less than useless. The white strips I used before took half the amount of time and I didn’t need a big stupid thing in my mouth for 30 minutes struggling not to drool. They only post the 5 star reviews on their website and I’m pretty sure all the positive reviews are paid because this crap does less than nothing. Save your money and just get the strips or literally anything else at a fraction of the cost.

Applied for 30 days, used extra strength, only whitened one shade. Not worth the time, effort or cost

I bought the product and used it for five days. On the last day my gums and inner lining of my mouth became sore and inflamed. This had happened on a minor level during the 2nd, 3rd and 4th time, but on the 5th time I had swelling that lasted for over three days. I have initiated a return and will update as to whether I do receive a refund. But, for those who have encountered issues with customer service to initiate the return, you can search for "how to return the Snow Whitening Kit" and a link to their returns site should pop up and here you can download a printable label. Now time will tell if the come through.
