Terrible, not answering emails. Took the money, item not received.

Scam !!! Stay away. After you pay them Money, They can't be reached. Even if you call them. They have direct Voicemail. Fraud Fraud!!!

It has damaged my teeth after the first use. All my teeth have been hurting for weeks. The company is functionally a scammer selling a sub par product. When trying to contact customer support it goes to a personal mailbox where it is full so by implication it is not a customer support number. They will not reply to the email inquires. They appear to fake the media online and seek to limit real feedback on the product intentionally to hide the problems.

Absolutely disgusted with their after sales service which is non existent!! Paid for my item which they were super fast to take but I’m still waiting for it to arrive several weeks later...... I wish I had never bothered ordering from this company and seriously feel this is just a scam to take your money - if this company was legitimate why would they totally ignore their customers? #DONTBOTHER

I ordered a crown for a front tooth but refused the crown because it was too yellow.I took a few weeks to see if snow teeth whitening system would eliminate the yellowing of my teeth...Well,it worked!! Dentist had to reorder crown in a few shades whiter then the original. the gold tube for advanced whitening.

DO NOT, I REPEAT.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. I purchased the whitening kit last month and tried it for 5 days with no result. They claim to have a 30 day guarantee. I sent the kit back last week by certified mail and can see that it was delivered back to their office. However, now they are ignoring me and refuse to refund my money. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau today.

Snow White is an extremely amazing whitening system ,I would recommend it to everyone.
