Worst customer service experience ever. Possibly scammed. Never received my order 60 days after purchase. SNOW continues to evade the problem and does not provide any resolution at all. AND refuses to refund my money. Avoid at all cost unless you want to lose your money.

A year ago, I came by this product randomly on social media platform, after reading the reviews online on their website and making my own researches online, I decided to give it a try. I bought their famous original whitening kit on BOGO deal. After the 3rd days of using it , I could see the difference without experiencing any sensitivity, comparing to the massive pain I felt after doing it in a professional dental clinic, I promised myself i would never do whitening in a clinic. My two sisters were amazed from the results so I gave them My BOGO boxes and I bought myself the wireless kit after seeing the campaign on Kickstarter. It looks fancy In the toilet counter, does a great Job. After almost a year, it died! So i contacted the customer service and they have issued me a new Cylinder and new mouth piece. It took a bit of time to verify the issue, however they kept their promises if I were told that I’m gonna receive a call. I have dealt with so many companies but Snow customer service did a great job even they are a small team handling thousands of requests, inquiries on an international scale. Thank you Nick and Yuli for the professionalism and the great customer service.

Received my order 5 days ago, and the results are already visible! Definitely worth the 2 week wait for shipping. I wanted to support a local business during this time, especially with their small team operating in Arizona. You can’t go wrong with this product!

Ordered Snow from the UK prior to COVID-19 Thankfully it turned up without issue, so I haven’t had to contact customer service. Have to admit the reviews are not the best. The product however is amazing!! My teeth already look brighter and cleaner. Massive coffee addict and ex-smoker, so they needed some help. Snow has disappointed. I found that I needed the sensitivity gel as my teeth are very sensitive. So when ordered that I purchase their lip balm. Another package arrived with no problems. The sensitivity gel is AMAZING!!! Oh my god!!! I am very funny with lip balms but have to admit, this is pretty good as well, not to heavy or sticky in the skin!!

I wish I could have tried this product to write a valid review however I have not received my kit and ordered almost 3 weeks ago. I completely understand that because of covid19 shipments are running behind. When I ordered I paid for Express shipping, after my transaction was complete a message popped up saying due to covid19 our shipments are running 2 to 3 weeks behind. I was a little upset because that message should have popped up before I paid for the express shipping. To my surprise 2 days later I recieved an email stating my order has shipped. All they did was print a shipping label. My order still has not shipped. Why send the email. I have called, emailed done everything I can do to get into contact with this company and no response. They say they are a very small company out of Arizona. Maybe instead of spending so much money marketing orders you can't fill, you should have expanded your business a little too

I ordered trysnow on sat april 18 and cancelled it the same day! I was advised through email that my order had been refunded. A few days later I received an email thanking me for my purchase and letting me know that shipping would be delayed due to covid. I have sent many emails since then asking to make sure it was cancelled because I have yet to be refunded more than two weeks later. I’m so disappointed with this company I feel like my money has been stolen and I don’t know what to do at this point since NOONE WILL RESPOND TO ME!
