Like many of you, I have tried about all there is out there for teeth whitening over the years. Yes, even some with the mouthpiece an light. Until Snow Teeth Whitening, the results had been disappointing. Mine took a bit longer, a month, yet it was completely worth it. While everyone has different shades of white and mine may never get to that Super white, there has been a significant difference made and will say, in any light, they Do look white again. Won't bother w/any other product again. Thanks Snow!

Terrible customer service! I ordered a product on 24th of April and my order is still waiting to be processed. They won't reply to any of my emails and completely ignore customers! First time I order with Snow and already regret it!! Horrible, horrible, horrible... at least communicate with your customers!! Corona crisis has not been this much of an issue for any other company shipping products!

Waste of money. Crest Whitestrips are cheaper and the sameday I had great results. I am going to see about getting a refund

They will not ship your product! They will not reply to emails. Awful awful company

As I read other recent comments, I too ordered on April 27, 2020 and have not received the products I ordered (value $134.25) nor has the company responded to my emails or numerous messages left on their phone. Since I am now "part of the SNOW family" does this make me the black sheep that nobody talks to? Kinda feels that way! The last automated email I received today, May 25, 2020 stated the order is delayed 12-15 days from order date, but on their telephone recording it states 3 weeks from order date. Either way, I believe it is time that I contact my bank and put in a fraud report to have my money refunded and contact the Atty. General's office to file a complaint. Or maybe I'll just swing by Gronk's house (he lives by my sister) and have him refund me! He should be more careful to what he endorses. If this is being part of the family, I'd rather be an orphan!

Great device. I was suffering from 'lock-down teeth'. Too many cups of tea and no hygienist visit possible had left me trying to smile through closed lips! Three applications on, the stains are fading fast and my teeth are at least one shade whiter. I am really, really delighted and would recommend to anyone.

I'm very angry due to the delay of this product. I paid over £100. Ordered 24.04.2020 to be shipped to London. Nothing until now....

I wasn't sure how long it would take to start whitening, so I did it for a week and did not notice anything. Then I read on their website that you should notice something after the first application. Nope. They say it's guaranteed but they don't tell you how to redeem the guarantee - get your money back - if you don't think the product works.
