I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received my order. Emailed company and put my order number they issued me on the form and it came back saying order not found... they sure charged my credit card fast enough!! Buyer please beware!!!

THIS IS A SCAM! I ordered more than month ago. Still no product and nobody is responding to request to cancel and get a refund. Very frustrating and time consuming. Stay away. I wish I read these reviews before ordering!!!!!!

Ordered in April, no product as yet. I understand the issue with Covid yet they do not respond to the several emails I have sent. Money has been taken from my account yet still waiting on product. SCAMMMMMM!!!!! I wish I read these negative reviews because I am going through the exact same thing. It has been almost 2 MONTHS since I ordered and I can't get any updates or responses when I call or email... but they still send me junk mail. I am going to have to report FRAUD to WellsFargo in order to try to get my money back. I hope this company gets exposed ASAP

I wish I knew what else to do besides validate all the responses from below. I placed my order on May 2 and got an automated response on May 5 from Josh, the CEO, saying they are running behind on orders. It said to expect a 7-14 day delay. Their website says to expect a 2-4 week delay. Well it's now been over a month and my order is still pending. I've sent 7 emails, left 3 voice messages and sent 2 online ticket requests for updates on my order. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE RESPONSE!!!
