Order around Thanksgiving, finally using the system. Been using it 5 days a week for a month and I’ve seen a change in 2 chart colors. Definitely helps with the stains of coffee and smoking.

So MAD! Ordered on the 25TH of April, HAVE NOT Received! No response from their customer service email system, No response when you call their phone number which I have called 100 times they will not answer the phone You either get a recording or it just rings and rings and rings, rip off company! total scam! calling my American Express and let them deal with it I should’ve figured that when I seen the advertisement on Facebook I should’ve known better! Buyers beware stay away!

I got snow a year ago after week you will see real improvement. Awesome!!!

Easy to use and gets the results! Just follow the instructions and stick with it and you will have whiter teeth in no time with out the cost or time required to do it at the dentist office.

My rating is based on customer after care. I have nothing but praise for the product itself. After using the product for about eight weeks my mouthpiece stopped working, I've tried to contact snow on various occasions over the course of a couple of weeks and as of yet have had no reply. So all the good work the product had initially done is unfortunately on standby. I find it frustrating that when you want to purchase something from these companies you can get hold of them at the drop of a hat, but when you have an issue with the product you get no response.

I was SO nervous to try teeth whitening after a HORRIBLE experience using Crest White Strips. I tried them in high school for prom and would take painkillers first and literally stare at the timer in tears waiting for the minutes to be up. I decided to trust the other good reviews that this wouldn't leave me with sensitivity and I was incredibly surprised and pleased with the lack of sensitivity AND the results! You could definitely see them working. I always recommend SNOW to friends and family and would buy their product again.
