Snow Teeth WhiteningReviews of trysnow.com

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I placed an order over two months ago, have received no product, was provided 3 weeks ago with a tracking number which doesn’t work. No response from the company. Have paid in full. Will be taking legal action to get my money back.

It took me a while to receive it but I got 3 emails with updates while waiting. Just started so I don’t know the actual results but was very happy that they updated me on why there was a delay in the shipment.

DO NOT BUY!!! HIGHLY DISREPUTABLE!!! Snow still claims on Facebook to ship within a day. I ordered May 26th and they charged my credit card immediately. The credit card should not be charged until the product is shipping. They are currently shipping orders from around May 10th meaning my order will arrive sometime in JULY!!!! I asked they refund my credit card until the items ships and they would not so I cancelled my order.

I believe this brand is real because there's so many good reviews, I just believe they are running their business poorly by taking on too many orders they can't fulfill as quickly as they come in and should have put a hold on all orders like so many other companies have during covid and not be greedy. They should be working around the clock, including weekends with extra hired staff and work simultaneously with the hours. I ordered may 4th and keep getting emails saying it's on the way. Last week I contacted them via email and IG and they both got back to me saying my order would be going out late last week or early this week. Well it's now mid week, I have not received a tracking number and I'm getting worried I won't receive it at all. It's a terrible way to run a business in my opinion, if it is in fact one. UPDATE since my post yesterday - I was just informed that my package has shipped and I have a tracking number! Will post again when it arrives to confirm this is not a scan. Update Jul 1 - I got it in the mail yesterday exactly as described. They just should post it's a 2 month delay, not 2 week delay. Happy with my purchase!

I too had to wait ( little over a month) and I was annoyed too at first. However, it was worth it as I noticed a difference in three applications. The customer service answered a few days after I had emailed . This covid thing set everything back more than expected. It was worth waiting for and I am a real customer. I’m happy.

Loved how it works as far as whitening but the cost is high an they shorted me two whitening pens an no instruction!!! I called an emailed many many times with no response

Ordered in April, still waiting. No updates as promised. I was emailed a tracking ref for the courier over a week ago, when you go on the courier website the ref doesnt exist. First and last dealings with this company, not sure if I have been scammed.

I ordered this product months ago and never received it. At all. And no explanation from them other than repeatedly saying my order was about to be shipped, including a message weeks ago that it was days away from shipping. Do not order this product.
