I placed my order on 22 November 2021 (an order to be delivered to Hong Kong) and for the longest time my status was still "processing". I wrote to the support email address of Snow around the second week of December and received no response. I went to track my order today (4 January 2022) and it finally showed that it was shipped on 28 December 2021. I then clicked on the tracking link and typed in the tracking number I was provided with only to receive a message saying that the tracking number is invalid! I would like to know what the status of my order is and there is nowhere in the chat box where I could have any conversation with anyone. This is just appalling and I will not be recommending this company to any international customers!!!!!!

Very pleased with customer service. Did not receive order (it landed in neighbors mailbox who was out of town). Snow replaced immediately. Very communicative and helpful. Can’t wait to use snow teeth whitening system. Have read so many good things about it and I did my research! Now to whiter teeth! Thank you Snow for caring about your customers.

Total disappointment. Order placed 3rd December still has not arrived. Contacted customer service and was directed to a tracking link with no updates for a week. Very patronising, curt customer service responses. No gift for my husband on Christmas Day. Customer service refunded delivery charge (without me asking) I would have just liked to receive my order !!!! Will never, never use again and will pass my dissatisfaction to all. Update 14th January: 2 weeks post response from snow below and I still have not received my order. I was told that international orders take 20-40 days … this was not outlined to me or I would never have placed an order. The order tracking has not updated since 28th December and I have sent multiple emails requesting a real time update on my order and I have been completely ignored by Snow. I will continue to update here. Update 27th January: my order finally arrived with absolutely no help with tracking from their customer service. Very condescending staff, I am exhausted from the entire ordeal. I haven’t the time or the inclination to report back on the actual product. Would not recommend ordering if expecting international delivery.

First purchase and never received my items. Reached out to Trysnow and they said no refund and I had to fill out a paper to get another one shipped and still nothing! Worst customer service and would not purchase again!

Hi! Recently, I had concerns, relating to not receiving the product I ordered. The item was shown to have already been delivered. I immediately emailed Snow, voicing my dissatisfaction. In return, a Snow rep, Emily, immediately returned my email! This action already raised one of my thumbs up👍Next, Emily informed me that she was mailing a replacement. There is the second thumb up👍I can tell by Emily's swift, professional & cordial handling of the inconvenient situation, that she is friendly, sincere & genuine💜 After all this success, my original order was delivered 4 days following when I was informed it had already been delivered. I will be returning the second order. Much Appreciation for Emily🤙

Bad, bad, bad !! It's been three-plus weeks since I paid for my order. It has not been even shipped yet. I called the Customer service numerous times, have not received any more or less clear answer. Asked for a refund, got no answer. Will need to escalate the matter to BBB. Buyers beware!
