I purchased the wireless system and it wasn’t quite what I was expecting as the mouthpiece was a little difficult to operate at first. Snow immediately offered to send me a wired mouthpiece for free and said I could then enjoy both! They also sent another gold wand of whitening serum:) I was even offered to return the wireless for refund if so chose! Friendly, fast and exceeded my expectations!

I ordered whitening toothpaste and a tube of whitener. They also sent floss and a sample of birthday cake 🧁 toothpaste. Originally the order got lost in transit but the company did replace it. The toothpaste is ok. The whitener tube is stronger than other whiteners I’ve gotten. The birthday cake toothpaste is ridiculously delicious.

I am experiencing shipping issues and have waited quite a while for my purchase but after contacting customer service the mater has been resolved promptly and professionally. I look forward to being a regular customer.

SNOW is a fantastic product and company. The product itself I absolutely love and is 100% worth the purchase. Upon having a small issue with it, their customer service was extremely professional, efficient and resolved the problem in a matter of 24 hours.

My experience with Snow was excellent. I placed an order, and 3 days later it was delivered to my house. It was missing an item, so I emailed customer support. They responded to my email within a few minutes, and immediately sent my missing item. The customer service at this company is amazing.

Haven't yet received my package, but Customer service gets 5 stars....I had shipping issue that they solved very quickly, no questions asked. Excited to try.

I have tried several whitening treatments over the years and the Snow experience is by far the most successful. It takes less time to wear the mouth piece which is very comfortable. Very pleased with my purchase!
