I can personally vouch for SNOW. I've been using it for two weeks and my teeth have become brighter. My sisters wrote me their Christmas wishlist, and the wireless kit is on it. I'm hoping you'll be able to give me a discount! :) The free lip balm is also quite soothing, it's my favorite.

Love it! I had Invisalign on for over a year which caused my teeth to yellow. I did not want to pay a fortune to get my teeth whitened by a dentist so I decided to give this a try. I could see a difference the next day!

Snow’s dissolvable teeth whitening strips and kid toothbrushes and toothpaste are a notch above the rest. The strips whiten your teeth after just a few days, and they’re so convenient since they dissolve! They also do not hurt my teeth, which is something I’ve experienced with other brands. The kids toothbrush is my son’s new favorite! The bear on it is so cute, and he loves the flavors of the toothpastes! I will definitely be a lifelong Snow advocate!

Horrible company. They do not respond to any customer service emails, and I have sent dozens over the past couple of months. Not one single response. The product is meh - but that's not the issue. They breached my privacy by sharing my data with other companies without my consent. This will now be reported to the regulator. NOTE: I have carefully read the company's privacy policy and have contacted both their customer support and their privacy contact dozens of times, without ONE single response. It's interesting that they now act surprised and only want to help when a public review is posted online. Snow have tried removing this review numerous times now, but they can't be bothered to respond to ONE of my many emails. ADDITIONAL NOTE: Instead of trying to address this and make it right, Snow's marketing department are sending me rude and threatening emails. Trustpilot have looked at the evidence and have verified it but Snow keep calling the review "egregious" and "fraudulent" in their emails to me, trying to intimidate me into removing it. They are all kind when they respond here publicly, but in private emails they're bordering on abusive and upsetting. Totally unacceptable.

Great customer service and even better product. The teeth whitening strips can feel a bit odd at first but the fact that they dissolve and you don’t have to worry about it is great! And they work well too!!

I haven't received my order yet and it's been 82 days since I paid for it! After a few emails to the support, I received a shipping refund (I didn't ask for this, I just want my order) but this was 31 days ago and I'm still awaiting delivery. I have emailed since, but haven't heard anything back. I am so disappointed and frustrated at this customer service treatment. **EDIT** The Snow team have since been in contact and had advised my order was lost in transit. I was offered a refund or a new shipment (and since I still want to try the product) I opted for the new shipment. This was sent on the 9th December. As I am in Australia, I don't expect delivery to be quick, however I will update as things progress.

Delivery is extremely slow!! Have waited 41 days for my parcel and still haven’t received anything yet!!

Unfortunately due to courier error my order from Snow was delayed…….however the customer service was absolutely fantastic and immediately sent a replacement and kept me informed every step of the way. Buy with confidence from the UK, because Snow have got your back!
