I have had my Snow for over a year and my mouthpiece broke. The Snow team was super nice and responded very quickly when I emailed them. When I provided proof of purchase they mailed me a new one free of charge that arrived within a couple days!! It was awesome!! Good customer service is hard to find these days, but these folks have it. And the product is really good too.😂

I've had this product for a while and have enjoyed great results. It's been in my drawer for a while and my teeth have gotten stained with coffee and red wine. When I went to use it again the mouthpiece had stopped working. Thinking that I was out of luck I decided to email Snow just to see what they would do. I got an email back in 15 minutes offering to send me a free replacement mouthpiece and wanting to confirm my address. Amazing customer service!

I love this product! I've been using if for awhile now & when the cord broke on the mouthpiece, customer service was VERY helpful & understanding! They even sent me a replacement :-)

I bought the snow kit a few years ago I have used it here and there I haven't used it enough to see results sadly though. but I do enjoy that it's easy to use the gel is nontoxic and it's simple just to plug into your phone and you can sit there and just read or do something else while you're whitening your teeth. I love that the device is super mobile and that it's not what 1 of those gel strips that move around in your mouth.

Just a few days ago my teeth Whitening device stopped working, completely unexpectedly. My device is only about a year old, so I was surprised that it was misbehaving. Nonetheless, I remembered that I had a warranty, so I reached out to the company and they responded very quickly, indicating that they would be sending me a replacement. This was all in a matter of two days. Love the device, and love their customer service!
