Snow Teeth WhiteningReviews of trysnow.com

Never have I cared more about my teeth. It has increased my self esteem and has ultimately encouraged me to quit smoking. Thank you!

Unfortunately I missed my package and had to get a refund but snow made it so easy! Thanks Snow! I’ll be back!

Amazing 🤩 in just three weeks my teeth are so much whiter ! Thank you and the customer service is also awesome

I reached out to the Snow Teeth Whitening customer support via email because my wired mouthpiece stopped working. They got back to me in a timely manner and solved my issue and already have my new mouthpiece in the mail to me. I really appreciated how quick they were to respond and answer all my questions.

Contacted customer service and it took awhile to hear back, but once I did, they answered my questions thoroughly.

My snow teeth whitening kit was delivered yesterday. I opened it today, and the whitening wands in the kit (you get 4) all apparently expire 08/2022. That’s next month (less than 10 days away). The free wand they give also expires 11/2022. How am I meant to use all those wands with such a short expiry date. They shouldn’t send out kits and whitening wands that expire so soon. I have contacted customer services, and I hope to have this resolved soon. ***UPDATE*** 23/07/2022: Your team still hasn’t got back to me. I sent messages as well as proof (photos) and no one has got back to me yet. The chat says a few minutes response time. Yet over 24 hours later, no response yet. ***UPDATE*** 29/07/2022. I spoke with snow and the expiry dates were actually incorrect due to a printing error. However they still have sent me some free whitening pens, which should be coming shortly.

Customer service took care of my mouth piece problem in a very timely manner. Love this product! My smile has never looked this good.

Really poor customer service, don't respond. I received a shipping email with tracking, and the product has been sitting for over a week at the local delivery company. The tracking said it was due for delivery a week ago. I contacted the shipping company and they said I would need to contact the company I purchased from, and they could request information to get it delivered. Sent emails yesterday and the day before to "support@", and haven't had any response, not even to say they'd received my emails and were working on it. Running out of time to receive before my vacation. And it was a large order.
