I’ve had the full Snow teeth whitening kit for about 10 months and it works great if your consistent with it! I constantly get compliments on how white my teeth are! The mouth price just started cutting and working intermittently, I notified customer service and they sent me a brand new kit instantly no questions asked! 10/10

My husband ordered Snow kit for me a few months ago. I loved the product, it whitened my teeth and did not damage them (since I have very sensitive post braces teeth). Unfortunately the light wire broke right at the hub. I was using it gently and put back in a box after each use. I addressed the issue to the company and they responded instantly and sent replacement. They even were able to trace the order number since my husband couldn’t find the email with it. I really appreciate that this company stands the high product quality and such helpful customer service! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Where is my delivery? It's been over 3weeks! Why have I not received my package?? I payed almost £100! What is going on?? If there is no solution for this I will report this company and take it further.

Ordered a kit beginning of Nov 2021, got it end of Nov. The mouth piece was faulty, eventually got a replacement after a lot of back and forth with their team. New mouth piece works fine. Hadn’t noticed until last week when I finally came around to using it again (I was really mad about the first interaction so just put it all away) that although their website states the serum is good for 2 years, they’d sent me serum that expired June 2002 (less than 7 months after it arrived) so they’d sent me short dated stock which is now totally useless. I’ve been emailing them for over a week and had no reply to emails, or on live chat (their website still claims ‘a few minutes’ on chat for a response, my chat has been open for three days at this point) so I’m being ignored. Don’t waste your money, I had to fight for a replacement for a faulty item, my serum has expired a year and half earlier than it should have done and they’re now impossible to get hold of.

I saw immediate results the first day I used the product.Highly recommended if you want to whiten your teeth.

Everything has gone smoothly..I received everything I ordered. But unfortunately either the charger stopped charging or the mouthpiece isn't working, but the customer service employees are so on top of everything.. and eager to help, That's so greatly appreciated.
