I placed an order for an item that was on BOGO special, but didn't follow directions to add two to the cart. I also didn't notice my old address auto populated in the shipping section. I sent an email to customer service regarding these two issues and got a response almost immediately that both things had been remedied. Awesome customer service! Can't wait to receive my order.

I was sent a kit in July 2022, that I’ve just gone to use only to realise that it expires this month (Aug 2022). This is their response - they’ve called it a ‘misfortune’ and offered to send whitening strips in place of the out of date tooth whitening serum they sent me as part of my kit - absolutely outrageous (the kit says ‘expires’ not best before). They’re clearly palming off out of date stock to clear it off their books - I’ve paid over £100 for a product that will be ineffective. This is their response: We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the date seen on your product. Please know that the date shown represents a "best if used by" date. You can be confident that the product remains safe to use, but it just may lose a slight amount of its whitening strength after the date shown. To offset this misfortune, we are providing you with 3 complimentary boxes of Magic Whitening Strips. These strips consistently receive great reviews from our customers and using them is super easy! To use with a teeth whitening kit: Follow the simple instructions for placing the strips on your teeth. Then use your whitening mouthpiece as usual. To use without a whitening kit: Follow the simple instructions for placing the strips on your teeth. The strips will dissolve on their own. Thank you, Joanna Regards, Joanna Paula from SNOW I’ve gone back to ask for replacement serum that it not about to go out of date, which is what I’ve paid for. I now have a reply from Snow Oral below; I’m already in touch with a customer service rep there, they’ve just stopped responding since I asked for replacement serum and instead sent a survey asking me to rate my experience which is odd as from my perspective this is nowhere to having been resolved.

Love my SNOW. Works great at whitening teeth. Sadly, the other day a few lights went out on the mouthpiece, I emailed SNOW, within hours I received a response that they were sending me a new one. Superior customer service from Brent G., my new SNOW arrives tomorrow! Will definitely be ordering more products from SNOW!

I can honestly say I see a difference after 6 days of using the product. Not huge but I do see a difference. Trying the 21 day challenge. I’m doing 30 mins every night before bed.

I received a product that was empty, most likely a manufacturing glitch. Linda responded quickly and re-shipped another one.
