Will deny you if you have any type of suicidal thoughts even if you don't have plans. So heads up. Will not give you referrals or resources to anywhere else this does not help people without insurance. It hurts them. I have C-PTSD so it's already hard for me to ask for help. Thanks for nothing. Guess all they care about is $.

Everything was an easy process from scheduling, intake, medication management and therapy. The medical staff is very prestigious compared to my local options. Plus, it’s a six month wait to see someone local that takes my insurance and those appointments are 5 minute medication management. I fully trust Minded and I recommend it to anyone having problems.

Brittnai Johnson was very helpful and listened to ALL what I had going on and prescribed the perfect medicine.

After initially signing up for the service I was scheduled a first appointment for more than a week after the date that I signed up. Two days before the scheduled appointment I received an email notifying me that the appointment was canceled due to a “personal emergency” that the member of the team I was scheduled to meet with had. At this point I had already run out of the medication I was prescribed by my previous doctor so I could not wait any longer to get a rescheduled appointment. Also, the address they have in their system for the pharmacy I use is incorrect and they don’t allow you to enter a different address, you must choose the one they bring up in their system. I feel like I dodged a bullet by not using this service. Beware!

I was able to schedule an appointment a few days from when I created my account, which I though was pretty quick. Carolyn, the woman I was scheduled with, started the zoom meeting at the exact minute she was supposed to. I do not have a ton of free time, so I was very happy about that. She made me comfortable enough to share what I was experiencing; I did not feel like I had to sugar coat any of the thoughts I was experiencing. She even told helped me find the pharmacy that would have my prescription for the lowest price! My prescription was sent to my pharmacy immediately, and was ready in an hour. Highly recommend this service to anyone on a budget that needs meds!
